U okviru inicijative SpinIT, Fondacija za inovacije, tehnologiju i transfer znanja (FITT) osmislila je i provela pilot program obuke pod nazivom „Skills Enhancement & Digital Transformation through Collaborative Robotics“. Program je razvijen na osnovu potreba identifikovanih kroz konsultacije s lokalnim akterima, a cilj mu je bio da učesnicima pruži praktične, savremene vještine usklađene sa strategijama pametne specijalizacije i ciljevima industrije 4.0.
Trening je okupio 11 učesnika koji su kroz četiri interaktivna treninga imali priliku direktno raditi s kolaborativnim robotima (cobotima). Kroz modularno strukturiran program, učesnici su:
- Učili principe rada kolaborativnih robota (cobota)
- Savladali osnove programiranja, sigurnosti i koordinatnih sistema
- Kroz praktične zadatke kao što je pick-and-place primjenjivali stečeno znanje
- Koristili virtuelne simulacije za testiranje zadataka
Ovaj trening je jedan od konkretnih koraka kojima FITT podržava digitalno osnaživanje i povezivanje lokalnog znanja sa evropskim razvojnim pravcima.
Projekat SpinIT podržan je od strane Interreg Danube Region Programme, sufinansiranog sredstvima Evropske unije.
As part of the SpinIT initiative, the Foundation for Innovation, Technology, and Transfer of Knowledge (FITT) designed and implemented a pilot training program titled “Skills Enhancement & Digital Transformation through Collaborative Robotics.” The program was developed based on needs identified through consultations with local stakeholders, aiming to equip participants with practical, modern skills aligned with smart specialization strategies and Industry 4.0 objectives.
The training involved 11 participants who, across four interactive sessions, worked directly with collaborative robots (cobots). The modularly structured program enabled participants to:
- Learn the principles behind collaborative robots (cobots)
- Master the basics of programming, safety protocols, and coordinate systems
- Apply acquired knowledge through practical tasks, such as pick-and-place operations
- Use virtual simulations to test their robotic tasks
This training is one of FITT’s concrete actions towards digitally empowerment and linking local expertise with European development trends.
